Still holding out hope 'til the very last second ticked off the clock, the final scoreboard told a sad story of a heartbreaking 26-24 loss to the Cougars. Falcons kept bringing the heat but ultimately fell short despite a great team effort to make the last drive to victory. Jeff Hoffman had 176 yards rushing on 29 carries and racked up 2 touchdowns. Brian Burns also had a 14 yard touchdown, and Dan Schillinger kicked a 35 yard field goal, all adding points to the board. Also deserving of recognition, was the entire offensive line including: Matt Dawson, Jacob Baxter, Graham Whaples, John Miller, and Kyle Faucheux. Great blocking guys!
