Oops! The Mighty Falcons did it again- Defense held tight for the second shut out this year! The Falcon Front proved to be frustrating to the Knights- who managed only one first down and a gain of only 53 yards. Jeff Hoffman rushed for 129 yards on only 10 carries, and scored 2 touchdowns in the first quarter. Andrew Bremer racked up the extra points- kicking on target 5 out of 6 times throughout the game. Mike Miller also found his way to the end zone- scoring 2 more TD's in an awesome effort that put the Falcons ahead 34-0 at halftime. Andrew Ferris found his way to the ball- an had an exciting interception which he ran 55 yards to score another Falcon Touchdown! Chris  Choe also scored with a run through the Knights defense, scoring the last points of the game, although Ryan Willey also made a convincing fake-maybe too convincing- as he ran past the ref and scored, but was  called back due to an inadvertent whistle. Rob Turnblacer led the Defense with 8 tackles, and Sean DiBlasi and Dan White also had interceptions. Walker Babington, Alex Kin and Matt Jahnigen also made some great plays, giving Park another Win to celebrate. Keep Rolling as Falcons face off against the Patriots next week in a grudge match that continues from the Patriot victory in the 2001 homecoming game.
