Counting the ways the Falcon Athletic
Boosters help make a difference:
*Provide annual financial support to all high school athletic programs through major fundraising efforts *Mulch Sale *Bull Roast *Snack bar and concessions *Charge Card Affinity Program *Golf Outings *Provide additional funding to all athletic programs through an annual funding schedule covering costs such as uniforms, equipment, letters, pins, awards, and team transportation *Boosters pay $30,000 annually to help all athletic programs pay for team uniforms and equipment *Partnered with local businesses to donate John Deere tractor and two pick-up trucks *Opened and staffed second concession building to meet increased spectator traffic and generate increased revenue
*Donated additional food preparation, food warming equipment and grills for both concession buildings
*Initiated the Severna Park Athletic Hall of Fame recognizing coaches, athletes, administrators and community members who have contributed outstanding service to athletics at Severna Park High School
*Contributed to total funding of $35,000 for construction of a new baseball complex including baseball field, baseball and softball dugouts, and a new scoreboard
*Contributed a total of $40,000 for improvements to the weight room used by all team
*Contributed a total of $14,000 to-date to planning and construction of a new Field House

Dear Falcon Athletic Booster Supporters, The Severna Park Athletic Boosters are very happy to report that the Field House Project has broken ground and construction has started! We are very pleased to announce that the Field House will be named after Andy Borland, former football coach and Athletic Director at Severna Park High School. This is a vision that was dreamed by our own Tom Williams and is now a reality. The Severna Park High School and community thank Tom for his leadership on this project. The Andy Borland Field House will not only provide shelter and a locker room for all Severna Park High School athletes, but it can be used for training, teaching and treating injuries. This Field House is way overdue and a great addition to the Severna Park High School Campus. While this is a great addition, we still need your help and generous donations to finish this effort! The mission of the Falcon Athletic Boosters is to support and promote all high school sports teams; to encourage and recognize high scholastic achievement, sportsmanship and character; to contribute to the morale, spirit and enthusiasm of the high school athletes and the community; and provide a vehicle for positive involvement by the community with Severna Park High School.
