In what could easily be the biggest rivalry game of the year, Severna Park came to play distinguishing themselves as County Champions and putting an end to the slim hope that Broadneck could make it in. Greg Zingler scored the opening touchdown with a 2 yard run, and later connected with senior Chris Hunt for a 25 yard pass to seal the victory and a home field advantage going into the playoffs next week against North Harford. Steve Pecevich kicked the extra point and once again the mighty Falcon defense deserves a hats off for holding the Bruins to a mere 35 yards for the entire game. Severna Park returns for the 3rd straight year to the first round of the 3A East playoffs. Wish them luck and come on out to cheer them on. Congratulations to the Class of 2005 for a very exciting Senior Night victory.
